По его словам, это нужно для того, чтобы "уравновесить" существующую и будущие башни "Лахта-Центра", стадион "Зенита" и мост.
"Не просто жилой комплекс, а архитектурная доминанта, которая уравновесит это всё, и мнение большинства архитекторов сейчас сводится к тому, что там необходимо появление этой доминанты", - сказал господин Бельский.
