Мэрия Томска рассчитывает в 2024 году вернуть в распоряжение города площадку на улице Высоцкого, арендованную Томской промышленно-строительной компанией (ТПСК) под строительство детского сада, где давно не ведутся работы.
Достраивать объект не планируется, конструкции на участке снесут, далее в планах строительство на нем нового детсада или спортобъекта, рассказал РИА Томск глава гордепартамента архитектуры и градостроительства Сергей Чиков.
Напомним, что ТПСК, которая в 2000-х – начале 2010-х годов была одним из ключевых застройщиков Томска, уже несколько лет не ведет активной деятельности.
