По итогам 2021 года рейтинговый балл составил 31,19. Значительно отличается от лидера ЯНАО, показатель которого целых 100,00. В 2020 году ситуация была лишь немногим хуже — аналитики отдали Саратовской области 30,20 баллов.
Во всех аналогичных рейтингах наш регион всегда находится во второй половине списка. Не так давно Саратов занял 51 место в рейтинге городов по уровню доходов населения. И, видимо, после этого губернатор Роман Бусаргин поручил подчинённым увеличить средний размер зарплат на 10% до конца 2022 года.
Однако больше чем уверены, что в следующем году позиции Саратовской области никак не изменятся. Что насчёт главы региона, то он свои же слова давно забудет. А, может, вновь скажет о необходимости поднимать заработную плату.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
