До задержания утром у него прошел уже 5й по счету обыск. В постановлении указана ст. 290 УК («Угроза совершением акта терроризма»). В рамках дела ранее было опрошено около 15 друзей Щурко.
В 17.00 Дмитрий пошел по вызову в Московский РОВД Бреста, в 17.10 его задержали. Сейчас он в ИВС.
Напомним, в декабре прошлого года мужчина был осужден на 2 года "домашней химии" за "украденную у омоновца" рацию.
