3 мая Ленинский суд Бреста начал судить нескольких человек по ч.2 ст.293 УК (Массовые беспорядки). Это Вощинчук Владислав, Антипов Вадим, Дубовский Станислав и Ворон Николай. Роль судьи исполняет Александр Семенчук.
Про задержание Вощинчука ГУБОП отчитывался в начале марта 2024 года, а про задержание Дубовского — в конце декабря 2023.
Дубовский на милицейском видео говорил, что 10 августа 2020 года выходил на проезжую часть и выкрикивал лозунги. Вощинчук в аналогичном видео заявлял, что в тот день строил на дороге "баррикады из лавочек, тротуарной плитки".
Напомним, что за послевыборную акцию протеста, которая проходила 10 августа 2020 года, на данный момент осудили 66 человек по статье 293 УК РБ (Массовые беспорядки) и еще минимум 12 человек по статье 342 УК (Групповые действия, грубо нарушающие общественный порядок). По статье 293 УК всем присуждали колонию.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
