На портале Госзакупок объявлен тендер на ремонт помещений в здании правительства Рязанской области (улица Ленина, дом 30).
Здание является объектом культурного наследия регионального значения «Здание банка С.Живаго», 1913-1917 гг.».
Запланирован текущий ремонт помещений: электромонтажные, сантехнические работы, ремонт в системе внутренней канализации, отопления, общестроительные работы.
Стоимость контракта — 5,5 млн рублей, деньги будут выделены из областного бюджета.
Отмечается, что ремонт будет проходить без остановки деятельности правительства. Работы должны быть выполнены за месяц.
