Not only is it a horrifically revolting, incomplete pyramid, but it's decimated our skyline to the same level as the entire 'city of London'. When photographers or painters come to London, be they from France or America, they should experience a skyline unlike any other, not a place that looks like a wannabe Dubai. Now, all they'll see is a group of monsters that not only cloud our view but the very soul of London itself.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
