Никто не собирался в феврале 1917 года "отключать" и Государственную Думу, этот "последний остров свободы" царской России. Но распустили. И это, совершенно неожиданно, стало началом революции, началом конца этой России. На третий год войны, от которой все устали.
Полит телеграм, этот "последний остров свободы", тоже готовят к отключению - тоже на случай обострения кризиса в стране. К третьему году войны. Технически - всё готово.
К чему всё это может привести? Да Бог его знает...
