Последние дни я поняла, что вообще забыла о теле Я перестала ходить в баню, на массажи, на спорт, почти перестала ходить пешком Чаще находилась в голове, в задачах, в решениях, в интеллектуальной деятельности
Но залог счастливой жизни гласит, что надо соединять все 4 центра: интеллектуальный, физический, эмоциональный и духовный
Вот с физическим и эмоциональным большой провал
Ставлю намерение ближайшие две недели погрузиться в тело, дать ему заботу, спортивные нагрузки, расслабление
И больше проживать чувствами жизнь: общаться с семьей, подругами, смеяться, смотреть фильмы, творить, радоваться☺️

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
