Деньги будут перечислены бюджету Мангистауской области в виде целевых трансфертов. С учетом солидарного софинансирования из местного бюджета в размере 10% от общей стоимости работ, деньги из резерва правительства пойдут на реконструкцию участка трассы с наибольшим износом, протяженностью 11,5 км.
По данным правительства, в период с 2024 по 2026 годы требуется поэтапная замена 44 км магистрального теплопровода, износ которого составляет более 75%.
