Согласно нововведению, в «Единый реестр воинского учета» будут вноситься следующие данные:
📍Сведения о судимости, включая погашенные судимости;
📍Информация о всех уголовных делах, включая расследуемые и прекращенные по реабилитирующим основаниям;
📍Сведения о вынесенных приговорах и назначенных наказаниях;
📍Информация об исполнении приговора, включая планируемую дату отбытия наказания, место содержания и основания освобождения;
📍Сведения об объявлении военнообязанного в розыск и причинах прекращения розыска.
Отдельно в реестр будут вноситься данные о расследовании уголовных дел по неисполнению обязанностей, предусмотренных Федеральным законом «О воинской обязанности и военной службе».
Это, в первую очередь, затронет призывников, ставших фигурантами дел по статье 328 УК РФ (уклонение от срочной службы).
