Согласно законопроекту, за продажу энергетиков детям и подросткам вводятся штрафы:
▪️для физических лиц — в размере 30–50 тыс. руб., ▪️для должностных лиц — 100–200 тыс. руб., ▪️для юридических лиц — 300–500 тыс. руб.
В августе в России приняли закон о запрете продавать энергетические напитки детям, но в нем не были прописаны штрафы.

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
