23 февраля с 10.00 до 22.00 будет введено ограничение на стоянку на парковочной площадке у «Бронекатера «БК-31» в связи с подготовкой и проведением артиллерийского салюта.
Кроме того, с 15.00 до 22.00 будет запрещена остановка и стоянка транспорта на Нулевой Продольной магистрали от спуска с ул. 7-й Гвардейской до круговой развязки на ул. Комсомольской.
Парковочные площадки у здания амфитеатра продолжат работу в обычном режиме.
