Фейк: Российская сторона создает фейки и распространяет их на Украине, - пишет украинский телеграм-канал.

Правда: Каждый день мы разоблачаем фейки, большая часть которых, создается на Украине. Издание Readovka рассказало, кто координирует антироссийскую пропаганду и генерирует фейк-новости.

"Основной поток фейковых новостей из Украины координируют два человека - это владелец медиабаинговой компании Trafic Devils Александр Слобоженко и директор perfomance-агентства Roman.ua Роман Рыбальченко. Действиями фабрики фейков они и их помощники управляют в телеграм-канале".

Фабрики фейков работают в связке с центром психологических операций ВСУ Украины и правительством страны. Например, министр цифровой трансформации Украины Михаил Федоров контролирует работу «крео-ферм» и дает указания. Размещение рекламы производятся за счет неких «инвесторов» - их имена скрываются.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
