Банк России обновил список банков, имеющих право открывать счета эскроу, включив в него 67 кредитных организаций.
В новый перечень вошел АО «БМ-Банк» и исключены ПАО Банк «ФК Открытие» и ПАО РОСБАНК.
Банки из списка могут открывать расчетные счета девелоперов и спец. счета для договоров долевого строительства. Информацию о текущих операциях можно получить непосредственно в банках. Актуальный перечень организаций можно посмотреть на официальном сайте ЦБ.
