В процессе моего духовного взросления мне бывало с ним сложно. Я так и вспоминаю, как я иду с одним другом по какому-то замоскворецкому переулку и говорю:
— Я понял, что мне очень не близка меневская линия в христианстве!

Сейчас я понимаю, что это совсем неправильная постановка вопроса. Это как если бы я стоял перед книжной полкой и выбирал: что бы почитать? Как если бы разные «линии» конкурировали бы за то, чтобы прийтись мне по вкусу.
А что важно?
Важно не то, приятнее ли мне сейчас его читать, чем ту или иную другую книжку. Важно то, что он делал, как человек.
