На3-4 порции: ✔️250 гр креветок ✔️1 стакан киноа ✔️кабачок ✔️перец ✔️морковь ✔️2 зубчика чеснока ✔️1,5 см имбиря ✔️пучок кинзы ✔️0,5 ч л хлопья чили ✔️1 ч л куркумы ✔️1 ч л карри ✔️3 ст л соевого соуса ✔️1 ч. л. мисо-пасты ✔️масло для жарки ✔️кунжут для посыпки ✔️лайм ✔️соль по вкусу
1. Поставьте киноа вариться. Измельчаем овощи и немного обжариваем на сковороде. Не доводите их до мягкости, пусть немного похрустывают. 2. Добавьте специи, соевый соус, натертый имбирь и чеснок, мисок-пасту и размороженные креветки (если варено-мороженные, если сырые - предварительно сварите) и все перемешайте. Готовьте буквально минуту. 3. Добавьте киноа. Сверху посыпьте зеленью кинзы 🥗

Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher.
