Сейчас введено 60+ продуктов (см.фото) , из аллергенов введено: ➡️Яйца ➡️Глютен ➡️ Коровье молоко ➡️Яйца ➡️Орехи (в тч Арахис ) ➡️Рыба (начала сегодня)
Пока что аллергии замечено не было . Небольшой список, думаю что наверстаем до года , впереди еще орехи, ягоды, рыба и много чего сезонного😍
Врачи считают полезным познакомить ребенка в первый год жизни с 100+ продуктами😳
Ориентируюсь на этот список аллергенов, но пока не знаю как вводить некоторые продукты, буду изучать и делиться
Сейчас у дочки есть любимые продукты: мандарины, апельсины, голубика, помидоры , кукурузная каша 😍
И нелюбимые: биолакт, кефир 🤷♀️
