1 уп. детского творога (у меня Тема) 1 яйцо 2 ст.ложки кукурузной каши с горкой
Все это смешать, дать каше набухнуть примерно 3-4 минуты, затем лепим шарики и выкладываем на сковороду (у меня блинница) на температуру 4/9 (ниже среднего) и обжариваем с двух сторон, затем ставим в духовку на 7 минут при 180° градусах
Рецепт можно чем-то подсластить, например бананом 💛
