Ночью в посёлке Усть-Луг вспыхнул мощный пожар на газохранилище в портовом терминале "Новатэк". Местные жители перед пожаром слышали звуки беспилотников. На терминале отправляют газовый конденсат на экспорт.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
