Участие в дискуссии приняли заместитель министра энергетики Российской Федерации Евгений Грабчак, заместитель руководителя Федеральной антимонопольной службы Виталий Королев, руководители субъектов Российской Федерации, представители теплоснабжающих компаний и бизнеса.
