Прежде застройщику необходимо снести 29 домов на трёх территориях. А затем уже приступить к обустройству новых жилых кварталов.
Первый будет расположен в границах улиц Революционной, Корабельной, Печерской и Третьего проезда. Здесь уничтожат 11 домов, а на их месте создадут 33-этажные человейники. Вторая территория будет находиться между улицами Революционная, Корабельная, Третий проезд и Артемовска. Третья – между Георгия Митерева, Печерской и Революционной.
Интересно, а как отреагируют самарцы на новый грандиозный проект? Хотя даже всенародное возмущение не остановило бы администрацию города от застройки. А губернаторДмитрий Азаров вообще глух и слеп по отношению ко всем недовольствам. Впрочем, ничего нового.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
