Боевики ИГ сообщили о нападении на легерь камерунской армии в городе Дарак провинции Маруа. Осуществили нападение по воде приблизившись к позициям военных по воде, а в ходе завязавшейся перестрелки солдаты решили отступить. Нападавшие не смогли определить число пострадавших военных, но сожгли их лагерь, а также захватили 7 лодок и оружие после чего покинули место инцидента.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
