По данным ГУ МЧС России по Приморскому краю, 24 апреля в 19:20 поступило сообщение о возгорании мусора на Владивостокском полигоне твёрдых бытовых отходов.
25 апреля в 04:00 пожар локализован на площади около 1500 кв. м. – работы по тушению продолжаются.
Совместно с МЧС заняты ликвидацией возгорания на полигоне ТБО и сотрудники Приморского экологического оператора. Работу усложняет сильный ветер.
В борьбе с возгоранием задействовано в общей сложности 49 человек и 14 единиц пожарной и специализированной техники.
Полигон горит не впервые, в предыдущий раз возгорание произошло 14 февраля – на площади около 500 кв. м.
