Такое поведение непозволительно для высшего руководства региона, даже если, вдруг, его слова были правдой. Конечно, данное выступление И. Пивоварова не повлечёт за собой его отставку, но губернатор Роман Бусаргин, возможно, публично попросит так не выражаться своего подчинённого, дабы отвести от себя негатив.
