Во время слушаний один из авторов инициативы, депутат от КПРФ Владимир Кашин (228 место #КПДГД17) заявлял, что сам работал агрономом и всегда знал, сколько у него отходов. Так он напомнил о важности учета навоза, но призвал не бюрократизировать этот процесс.
«Если ты не будешь знать, сколько у тебя органики, ее развезут завтра по коридорам, садовым участкам», — подчеркивал Кашин.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you.
