The ceremony included the display of the Tyrrune flag and flowers in the colors of the Swedish and Finnish nations. Speeches were given by activists who discussed Hallberg-Cuula's life as an active member of the National Socialist Workers’ Party (NSAP) and his service at the front during the Winter War. The importance of being a political soldier, rather than just a propagandist, was emphasized, along with the necessity of courage and willingness to sacrifice. The conclusion featured the lighting of 14 candles and a moment of silence for the Finland volunteers. Hallberg-Cuula's gravestone bears a soldier’s helmet and an inscription, highlighting his significance and the legacy he left behind.

May 1st Demonstration in Stockholm by the Nordic Resistance Movement

Vera Oredsson appeared in court for incitement to racial hatred


Vera Oredsson, 97 years old, was charged with incitement to racial hatred after a comment on Nordfront.se in 2022, reported by the right-wing harassment group Juridikfronten, which often files hate speech complaints in Sweden. The comment was considered racist against Arabs, Africans, and LGBTQ+ individuals and claimed that racial mixing and the gay lobby are destroying Sweden. Oredsson explained that she wanted to highlight societal problems and the threat to Sweden, but the prosecutor argued that her statement was serious, given her mental clarity and role as a role model. The defense emphasized freedom of speech and that the comment was made in a political discussion. She acknowledged the comment and cooperated. The legal process took three years, and the verdict will be announced on May 26.

Last weekend, Nordic patriots gathered in the heart of Dalarna to celebrate The Nordicdays, a family, cultural, and community event. Organized by Nest 5, the gathering marked a significant year for the Nordic Resistance Movement, strengthening bonds among members and attracting new, nationalists. Less than a year after Nordicdays 2024 and the U.S. declared a "terror classification" against one of the world’s most active nationalist groups, the event moved earlier to late spring and was extended over two days, including official programs. The main celebration continued until Sunday. A key moment was leader Fredrik Vejdeland’s speech, honoring Swedes and Nordics on Sweden’s National Day. The event underlined a deep sense of national pride and unity, showcasing the movement’s resilience despite external pressures. It was a powerful display of dedication to their cause, emphasizing the importance of cultural and national identity in challenging times.
