Трагическое происшествие произошло вчера в реке Шача, протекающей в Костромской области.
Один из двух друзей, которые занимались подводным плаванием, поднялся на поверхность и обнаружил, что его товарищ пропал. Он сразу же вызвал спасателей. Позже к поискам присоединились добровольцы из Иваново. Однако прочёсывание дна не принесло результатов. Ситуация осложнялась тем, что пропавший мог нарушить технику безопасности и погрузиться без специального буя, который дайверы обычно привязывают к себе.
Поиски мужчины продолжались почти сутки.
Сегодня утром на место поисков был доставлен подводный сонар. С его помощью прочесали дно и обнаружили тело погибшего на глубине около 30 метров. Тело было поднято на поверхность.
Сейчас проводятся мероприятия по установлению всех обстоятельств гибели дайвера.
