Открытие I Дальневосточного этноконфессионального семейного форума «ТЕРРИТОРИЯ СОГЛАСИЯ» состоится 12 октября, а 11 октября прошла межрегиональная стратегическая сессия Общественной палаты ЕАО, где была рассмотрена роль Палат регионов в укреплении семейных межнациональных и межконфессиональных отношений. В завершении сессии состоялось подписание многостороннего соглашения о межконфессиональном взаимодействии и пропаганде традиционных семейных ценностей. Подписи под документом поставили председатель ОП ЕАО Михаил Половинко, представители местных организаций традиционных религиозных конфессий и руководители региональных отделений Союза женщин России и движения «Отцы России».

Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
