От имени губернатора, главную тему года на традиционном торжественном собрании к Дню российской печати представила зампред областного правительства Мария Костюк. - Это заслуженная тема, и она очень плотно связана с темой 2023 года, объявленного президентом России Владимиром Путиным – Год педагога и наставника в России, - подчеркнула Мария Костюк.
