«Гранель» продолжает реализовывать свой первый проект бизнес-класса MYPRIORITY Basmanny в Басманном районе. Как нам сегодня удалось узнать (спасибо пресс-службе компании ❤️), застройщик на днях окончательно утвердил проект благоустройства территории 👆🏻. Автор концепции - ландшафтное бюро UNK landscape.

Обещают: закрытый двор без машин, удобный, безопасный, с видеонаблюдением и Wi-Fi, и много, реально много озеленения. Под него отвели... более 50% (‼️) территории. Нет, это не опечатка. Сами в шоке.

Растения планируют всесезонные, подсветку - художественную, оформление дорожек и зон отдыха - дизайнерское.

Из благоустройства: игровые площадки, открытый коворкинг с зарядными устройствами, места отдыха, а центром притяжения задумана событийная площадка с амфитеатром и сухим фонтаном.

В общем, мы очень ждем реализации. Не терпится оценить бизнес-класс от «Гранель» и благоустройство - в частности.
