Параллельно о новой экранизации романа в 2023 году сообщал сценарист Андрей Золотарев. Впоследствии стало известно, что работу над сериалом запустили еще в 2022 году онлайн-кинотеатр «Иви», компания Team Films и продюсер Теймур Джафаров.
