Президент Колумбии, как ни парадоксально, уверен, что ликвидировать наркобизнес можно было бы, легализовав кокаин во всем мире. По его версии, борющихся в наркотрафиком американцев убивает не кокаин, а фентанил, и это их аптечный «внутренний бизнес».
