Подрядчик «Инвестстройрегион» ранее строил в Нижневартовске 2-ой этап «Учительского» бульвара и обновлял двор в 3 микрорайоне, где ранее находился дом Мира 6а, разрушенный из-за взрыва газового баллона.

Напомним: вартовчан ждёт проект наподобие новой набережной. Акцент сделан на спорт и спокойный отдых. Появится ещё один зоопарк, на этот раз бетонный. Установят огромные декоративные шишки длиной 2 метра и высотой 1,5 метра. Лавочки, урны, велопарковки и туалет.
