У меня сон, кажется, наладился. Или я так устаю, что спать готова всегда и везде 😁
Правда в декабре появился новый "прикол" - будить себя после засыпания, чтобы... подготовить Еве адвент к утру. Если засыпаю с дочкой, приходится вставать, ибо с утра я вряд ли проснулась раньше Евы 🤪
У меня еще такой классный дневник по сну появился от @alpinaru - целая книга сна: тут основа здорового сна, стартовый пакет (советы, как придерживаться правил и спать хорошо), про ритуалы и, конечно же, сам дневник сна. "6 минут. Дневник сна" - очередное творение Доминика Спенста. Короче, плохо спать теперь как преступление))
И, собственно, вопрос в начале поста: как Вам спится, как засыпаете?

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
