В этот раз неудобства в связи с отсутствием ресурса придется испытывать жителям шести районов областного центра — Тракторозаводского, Краснооктябрьского, Дзержинского, Ворошиловского, Советского и Кировского. Отключить свет обещают в 9:00, а вернуть только вечером — в 17:00. Больше повезло жителям Кировского — здесь ресурс вернут в дома уже в 12:00.
