Мой путь в центр часто пролегает по проспекту Обуховской обороны. Всегда с любопытством наблюдаю за строительством нового моста, сегодня даже остановилась сфотографировать. Напоминаю, что через Неву строится Большой Смоленский мост. Он разместится между мостом Александра Невского и Володарским. Его планируют сделать самым широким из разводных. Завершить строительство хотят к 2028 году. Учитывая темпы, есть подозрение, что успеют.
Рядом с мостом осенью 2025 года планируют открыть культурное и гастрономическое пространство «Сплав». Это территория бывшей сталелитейной мастерской Невского завода. Здесь работы идут не так активно. 📍проспект Обуховской Обороны, 38В
А уже много лет пустующий ДК «Невский», что по соседству, станет культурно-досуговым центром «Академия искусств» после реконструкции «Газпрома». 📍проспект Обуховской Обороны, 32А
