Головинский районный суд Москвы заключил под стражу 48-летнего руководителя туристической фирмы «Мен Тревел» Андрея Котова, обвиняемого в экстремистской деятельности.
На заседании Котов рассказал, что во время обыска двое неизвестных в масках избивали его, включая удары электрошокером.
После задержания агентства и телеграм-каналы, связанные с силовиками, писали, что Котов планировал новогодний тур для геев в Египет, а до этого организовал ЛГБТ-круиз по Волге.
Защита просила избрать для него меру пресечения в виде домашнего ареста, однако суд удовлетворил ходатайство следствия о содержании в СИЗО.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
