Минус 1150 при минус 2835 всего по УрФО. Для сравнения крупнейшая у нас Свердловская область лишилась в абсолютных цифрах лишь чуть больше 700 предприятий, а открылось их там вдвое больше, чем у нас.
Представители регионального правительства наверняка найдут массу причин почему это не их вина или проблема. Например, налоговики любят чистить реестр от фирм-однодневок и брошенных владельцами организаций. Но вряд ли эти объяснения будут исчерпывающими.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
