Мужчина приобрёл пять генераторов, предназначенный для использования на БМП-1 и БМП-2 с целью их последующей перепродажи за рубежом. Он организовал отправку генераторов в Белоруссию через подконтрольную организацию, специализирующуюся как на международной, так и на внутренней торговле.
Организацию и ее директора оштрафовали на 50 тыс. рублей и 5 тыс. рублей соответственно. В отношении организатора поставки возбудили дело по ст. 226.1 УК РФ (контрабанда).
