Причем солдат оформлен как "погибший", но со статусом СОЧ. Если СОЧ — то почему он не может быть живым, он же якобы убежал из части от неминуемой смерти!?
Налицо очевидная все, о чем иногда говорят даже на украинском ТВ, практика по записи всех погибших в категорию СОЧ с целью лишить семью выплат по факту гибели военнослужащего.
Тут банальная математика — если платить семьям всех погибших (при реальных колоссальных потерях), западной помощи не хватит на распил в Киеве.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
