В течение следующих пяти лет они планируют возвести 22 многоквартирных дома, которые предложат около 3200 квартир. Это составляет почти 171 000 квадратных метров современного комфортного жилья.
Одно из значительных преимуществ СЭЗ заключается в том, что её участники могут получать земельные участки в аренду от Фонда развития территорий на льготных условиях из сформированного «банка земельных участков».
