У меня был случайный разговор с зам. председателя Госбанка Ивановым. Он рассказал, что не только американские, но и другие банки либо начисто отказываются давать взаймы на оплату прежних долгов (благодаря чему мы уже много лет выходили из положения), либо почти на 1\3 взвинчивают проценты».
