Суть ее в том, что человечество решило отказаться от углеводородов. Перед Россией сейчас стоит глобальный вызов - настроить возобновляемую энергетику.
И сахалинский опыт в этом проекте как нельзя кстати - эксперимент, по сути, передовой. Напомним, Сахалин станет пилотным проектом по организации углеродного рынка, а уже к 2025 году - регионом, который придерживается "зеленой политики". Это полностью соответствует мировой тенденции.
