Новые субъекты бизнесапоявились почти во всех районах островного региона. Наиболее популярными среди сахалинцев стали отрасли — сферы услуг, рыболовства, сельского хозяйства, пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности.
Очевидно, что такой рост числа самозанятых в малом и среднем бизнесесвязан с пандемией коронавирусной инфекции, которая ухудшила экономическое положение в регионе. Многие люди в условиях распространения COVID-19 потеряли работу и начали заниматься своим делом.
Сейчас наблюдается не менее тяжелая обстановка с пандемией, поэтому, очень важно, чтобы власти предоставили поддержку малому бизнесу. Для того, чтобы самозанятые потом и вовсе, не стали безработными.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic.
