Счастливчики, которые уже переехали, рассказывают, что в новостройке большие квартиры и хорошие подъезды. Все они сданы «под ключи». Внутри сделан косметический ремонт, установлены двери, окна, вся необходимая сантехника и электроприборы.
В планах властей построить еще больше новостроек для сахалинцев, проживающих в аварийных домах. Например в селе Стародубское в 2022 году планируется сдать 60 квартир, а в 2023 ещё 40. На данный момент там воздвигают два жилых дома для ста семей.
Всего же по программе расселения из ветхого жилья переедут около 30 тыс жителей Сахалина и Курил. Надеемся, что все строящиеся дома будут сделаны качественно, а не так, чтобы потом пришлось все переделывать.
