Такая спешка связана с тем, что в начале сентября резко вырастет автомобильный поток, и дети пойдут в школу, расположенную недалеко от дороги. Поэтому медлить и отставать от графика нельзя.
Но не стоит забывать и про качество, чтобы потом не пришлось заново все переделывать.
