На берегу реки Трубеж образовалась несанкционированная свалка. Расположена она у Северной окружной дороги между гипермаркетом "Лента" и Свято-Троицким мужским монастырем, вдоль старой железной дороги.

Судя по фото - отходы торговли. Если присмотреться можно увидеть обгоревшие кучи - похоже, мусор сперва выбрасывают, потом сжигают. "Время от времени ящики с мусором сжигают, потом снова завозят", сообщают жители.

Интересно, после многочисленных прогулок по Рязани Павел Малков будет решать вопросы комплексно? Или только ситуативно?
