Администрация Рязани не может справиться с открытыми люками на дорогах. На перекрестке улиц Бирюзова и Молодцова до сих пор на проезжей части зияют чёрные дыры. Видимо, крышки люков незаметно ускользают в пункт приема металлолома, а местные жители досками стараются прикрывать отверстия в асфальте.

Если ситуация в скором времени не решится, на тот свет могут полететь пешеходы, водители автомобилей и дети. Можно будет снимать фантастические фильмы с телепортацией через люки.
