мой Куршавельский фаворит,
чуть моложе предыдущего — since 1959

в целом все, что сейчас есть в Курше зародилось после второй мировой войны. на данный момент в трех долинах самая большая зона катания в мире [200 подъемников, 600 км трасс] и немереное количество фешенебельных заведений. а когда-то ресторан выглядел, как на первом фото 🌀

здесь царит [моя любимая] атмосфера дедушкиного сарая, горный ветер свищет сквозь рассохшиеся доски, но открытый огонь [на котором готовят большинство блюд] греет и сердце и конечности, вид с вершины 2250 захватывает дух

конечно нужно добираться на лыжах, — это моя любимая часть!

блюда выглядят совсем не инстаграмно, ну, а как еще может быть в дедушкином сарае? зато качество их приготовления и вкус, заставили меня забыть о [не существующей] диете

устрицы, фуа-гра, улитки, телятина, приготовленная так, что приходится переспрашивать не ошибся ли официант заказом, ведь она не бывает такоооой мягкой, при заказе десерта, — приносят целый торт… он до сих пор со мной, где-то в районе ляшек, но он того стоил! 👍

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
